MIDAS: Methodological Innovation in Digital Arts and Social Science
We are pleased to announce the launch of our new project website:
This project looks into methodological innovation in Digital Arts and Social Sciences from the perspective of digital technology and embodiment, and addresses a pressing problem for contemporary research: how to synthesize these approaches to develop innovative methods of research?
The project is funded by the ESRC (Aug 2013-Sep 2014), and, based at the IOE’s London Knowledge Lab, is in collaboration with the Centre of Contemporary and Digital Performance (Brunel University), the Fashion Digital Studio (London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London), and the Information Experience Program (Royal College of Art).
